Port City Tour Company Cancellation Policy

To reserve a tour, you may be asked to provide a credit card number at the time the reservation is taken.

Under normal circumstances, your credit card will not be charged - You should pay with cash when you check in for the tour.

If you need to cancel or change your party size, you'll need to call at least 2 hours before the tour to guarantee that your card will not be charged. If you don't call within 2 hours of your tour, your card will be charged for the spaces for which you reserved, unless we are able to fill your empty spots with paying guests.

For the Wild Horse & Shelling Safari specifically, you must cancel by 8pm the night before the tour so that we have a chance to fill your spots. If you don't cancel by 8pm the night before the tour, your card will be charged for the spaces for which you reserved, unless we are able to fill your empty spots with paying guests.
